OTG (On the Ground) OTG referrers to an “on the ground” product purchase, this usually means that the product has been reviewed and registered locally for compliance and is available in local currency with local taxes ap- plied. This also means that the product can be sold by Unicity Distributors to their customers
NFR referrers to “not for resale”, This means the product is intended for personal consumption only by the purchaser of the product and cannot be resold after purchasing. Where a product is identi ed as “NFR“, distributors and customers are allowed to purchase directly from Unicity up to * ve boxes per product item each month.
Regulators have created these terms to help categorise how products are sold and for what purpose. Unicity uses these terms to help our distributors and customers understand the status of a speci c product in a certain country.
